Rubberized roller abrasion early warning device used for belt conveying system

The invention provides a rubberized roller abrasion early warning device used for a belt conveying system. The rubberized roller abrasion early warning device comprises a detection cable, wherein the detection cable is installed between a roller body of the rubberized roller and rubber and is connected with an early warning indication circuit comprising an indication lamp in series connection with the detection cable. The early warning indication circuit further comprises a switch and a power supply, wherein the switch, the power supply, the detection cable and the indication lamp are connected in series. Cable wiring ends for supplying power are arranged at the two ends of the detection cable respectively. The early warning indication circuit is provided with two early warning wiring ends used in cooperation with the cable wiring ends. The rubberized roller abrasion early warning device is simple in structure and convenient to use and overcomes the defect that detection is carried out through the visual inspection method in the prior art, indication can be visually carried out when the rubberized roller abrades to a certain degree so that the rubberized roller can be replaced in time, the roller body in the rubberized roller can be recycled, and therefore cost is reduced.
