Movilidad social de propietarios de viviendas de interés social adquiridas en el periodo 2002-2010 en Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, en términos de la vivienda y entorno urbano

Public policy on housing is very adamant in improving social mobility, that is, to improve the quality of life and the generation of heirlooms of whom has access to a home through social housing programs. Because of the significant number of houses the Sectorial Housing Program built since the year 2002, there is interest in an evaluation to find out if it met its objectives, verifying if those who acquired a social interest house under the institutional model actually improved their quality of life in relation with their previous housing and also in respect to the house of their parents. The technical report shows the approximation strategy towards the object and subject of the study: housing and the urban context of those produced between 2002 and 2010 in Ciudad Juarez, and the resident owners. It also shows the results of the fieldwork done.
