Device reconciling linear speed of anvil roller and knife roller

2007
The utility model relates to a device which leads the linear speed of an anvil roller and a knife roller to be consistent, in particular to a device which is used on a die-cutting machine which cuts a line or presses a mark on a paperboard used for manufacturing a paper box so as to be folded. The device comprises a frame and the anvil roller which is arranged on the frame, and a knife roller which is arranged on the frame below the anvil roller by a stepping motor adjusting device which adjusts the clearance between the knife roller and the anvil roller; the anvil roller is driven by an anvil roller servo motor which is transmitted by a reducer; the knife roller is driven by a knife roller servo motor which is transmitted by the reducer; the anvil roller servo motor, the knife roller servo motor, the stepping motor of the stepping motor adjusting device are electrically connected with a multi-axis controller. The device leads two servo motors to respectively drive the anvil roller and the knife roller, realizes consistent linear speed of the two rollers by an electrical control method, solves the problem which is difficult to be solved by complex mechanical structure by a simple electrical control type, and realizes high-precision synchronization of the linear speed of two rollers by the feedback of an encoder.
