Current prospects of plastic surgery for skin and tendon defects

: Under analysis was an experience with microsurgical autotransplantation of tendino-cutaneous complexes from the back of the foot, forearm, lateral surface of the femur as well as plasty with not-blood-supplied tendinous transplants associated with free transplantation of composite skin flaps performed in 21 patients with mechanical traumas and deep burns. The criteria of choice of the optimum variant of reconstructive operations are described for patients with defects of the skin and tendons.
