Recording for the number of box opening times of the electric meter box is realized through pressing down the button or connecting/disconnecting the leads with the electric energy meter in a loosen state. When the electric meter normally works, the electric energy box is locked; the press block presses down the button for switching on the lead; and a loop is formed between the leads and the electric meter. When the upper box of the electric energy meter is opened, the press block in the upper box is separated from the button; the button rebounds for switching off the leads; and the electric meter detects switching-off of the leads, automatically stores and adds one box opening record in a liquid crystal screen displaying area; so that box opening record of personnel can be checked in a record, or analysis for checking whether illegal electric meter opening operation exists is facilitated, thereby finding electric energy theft in time.
