The invention relates to an F-shaped wrench for an adjustable valve. The F-shaped wrench comprises a main rod body, an outer barrel body and an outer clamping piece; an upper wrench head and a lower wrench head are arranged on the main rod body in a spaced mode, and the outer barrel is connected to the main rod body in a sleeving mode. The outer clamping piece is fixed to the outer barrel body; an upper connecting plate is arranged below the lower wrench head; a lower connecting plate connected with the upper connecting plate in a matched mode is arranged at the end, opposite to the lower wrench head, of the outer barrel body; the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate are each provided with a strip-shaped groove and locked into the strip-shaped grooves through bolts to achieve connection. According to the technical scheme, the F-shaped wrench is simple in structure and convenient to machine and operate; the upper wrench head, the lower wrench head and the outer clamping piece are combined, and the wrench is clamped to a valve handle through a clamping piece to form linear contact or multi-point contact with the upper wrench head and the lower wrench head on the handle, so that the wrench can be arranged on the handle in a sleeving mode more stably; when the main rod body is rotated, the wrench cannot slip from the handle easily, operation is reliable, and the manufacturing process is achieved quite easily.
