STUDY ON BIO-CONTROL MECHANISM OF BC2001 ON MELOIDOGYNE INCOGNITA STRAIN

In the present paper,the study was conducted to test the control effects on eggs,egg-masses and the 2nd instar larvae of nematode Meloidogyne incognita.Results indicated that the BC2001 control effects on separate eggs reached to 87.3%,40.5% on egg masses and 92.0% on the 2nd instar larvae,respectively.The study of microstructure showed that BC2001 straightly attached on nematode egg or body.Then,the materials of egg or body became vesicles,and decomposed finally.Under the natural field condition of artificial inoculation,BC2001 presented the control rate of 57.8% on the nematode population.
