The chair comprises a base support mechanism, a foot rest mechanism, a seat back mechanism, a connecting rod mechanism, an electric pushing rod, and a seat board lifting mechanism; the seat board lifting mechanism and the base support mechanism are connected in rivet connection; the foot rest mechanism, the seat back mechanism and the connecting rod mechanism are all arranged on the seat board lifting mechanism; the foot rest mechanism and the seat back mechanism are connected via the connecting rod mechanism; the seat board lifting mechanism comprises a lifting support, a first long rod, a second long rod, third long rods, first side plates, second side plates, third side plates and a support; the first side plates and the second side plates are both arranged on the support; the support is fixed on the third side plates; the third side plates are arranged on the two sides of the lifting support respectively in rivet connection; and the lifting support and the base support mechanism are connected in rivet connection. The chair is capable of realizing sequential foot rest lifting and seat back laying, and is capable of assisting elders to stand.
