Effects of Xylooligosaccharide on Growth and Activity of Digestive Enzyme in Litopenaeus vannamei

An experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of adding xylooligosaccharide( XOS) on growth performance and activity of main digestive enzymes in Litopenaeus vannamei.Four hundred and eighty fingerlings of Litopenaeus vannamei ( initial mass at 0.05 g) were allotted randomly to four treatments,each with three replicates.Four diets were 0,0.01% ,0.03% and 0.05% XOS,respectively.Diets were fed to satiety to shrimp for 56 days.The results showed that although adding XOS had no significant effect on fin...
