Стан місцевого імунітету та мікробіоценозу ротової порожнини у хворих на кандидозний і комбінований протезний стоматит

The results of study of the condition of local immunity of indices of microbiocenosis of the oral cavity in 30 patients aged 54-70 with candidiasis of mouth (CM) and 33 patients with composite orthopedic stomatitis (COS) are presented in the article. Evident inflammatory process was fixed in the patients with CM and COS; in the patients with CM the exudative component dominates, while the changes of alternative character were discovered in the patients with COS. Evident immunity response and marked decrease of anticolonization resistance of the oral cavity mucous membrane (OCMM ) were determined in both CM and COS. The disbalance of OCMM bacterial microflora on the background of the increased colonization of mucous membrane with fungi of Candida genus, among them in pseudomycelium form 84,15 % of revealed cells in CM and 38,22% cells in COS was ascertained. The article presents the results of immunization studying of the patients for the microbial allergens (cocci, Candida fungi) and for inserting removable dentures into the oral cavity in case of CM and COS with the help of the reaction of OCMM leucocyte migration inhibition.
