The invention discloses a single upright column manual adjustable ground fixed support. The single upright column manual adjustable ground fixed support comprises at least two upright columns which are arranged side by side, a front support and a rear support which are connected through triangle connecting pieces are disposed on each upright column, top ends of the upright columns are connected with main beams through the triangle connecting pieces, transverse beams which are mounted in a cross mode are disposed on the main beams, the upright columns are vertically mounted on a ground cement base, one end of each front support is connected with the corresponding upright column, the other end of each front support is connected with a front end of the corresponding main beam through the triangle connecting pieces, one end of each rear support is connected with the corresponding upright column, the other end of each rear support is connected with a rear end of the corresponding main beam through the triangle connecting pieces, two adjacent transverse beams are parallelly arranged and fixedly mounted on the main beams, and outward side surfaces of the transverse beams are provided with clamping grooves which are connected with a battery plate in a clamping mode. According to the single upright column manual adjustable ground fixed support and a mounting method thereof, the support is simpler than common fixed inclination photovoltaic support systems and more economical than tracking photovoltaic support systems, various devices and maintenance of specially-assigned persons are not required, costs are greatly reduced, the adjustable structure is more effective in utilization of solar energy than the common fixed inclination photovoltaic support systems, and the power generating efficiency is high.
