Procedimiento de Gestión de Innovación. Grupo Empresarial de la Construcción de Holguín

The design of an innovation management procedure for the Holguin Construction Business Group is presented, based on the need to solve the shortcomings detected in this activity; Under a strategic and integrated approach, this allows to establish and control the coordinated and systematic implementation of innovation activities as a resource to achieve better organizational performance and strengthen the management and business management system. The procedure and the tools that accompany it have generated a positive change in the culture of innovation and raised its integral performance. An example of its partial application is how in the period 2011-2014 incremental innovations or small improvements were obtained, which demonstrates its feasibility and relevance.
