248 students (I and VI year) of medical institute of higher education were examined. It was revealed that male have stable index of external breath (lung capacity) while females (VI year) have decreased of this index in comparison with I year female students. Males have more powerful respiratory muscular system and infrequent respiration. These parameters have tendency to decrease during study
