Impact of a 4-year Quality Improvement Initiative to Improve Communication of Critical Imaging Test Results

Through feedback of performance results, we achieved improvements in physician adherence with a comprehensive policy on communication of critical imaging test results that included definitions, urgency, escalation, communication, and documentation.
