Прогностическая ценность фактора роста плаценты в развитии преэклампсии

The result of the study of placental growth factor (PlGF) concentration and their prognostic value are presented in this article. The concentration of PGF in the blood serum of the pregnant women with physiological course of pregnancy indirectly depended of gestation term. It was shown that decreased PlGF level in association with disturbed parameters of fetoplacental hemodynamics (increase of PI and S/D) can be considered to be the early predictors of PE development.
