MR imaging of liver fibrosis: current state of the art.

The article presents state-of-the-art MR imaging–based techniques in current practice and in development for noninvasive assessment of liver fibrosis, basic concepts and pathophysiologic bases for imaging findings, key teaching points and imaging features of advanced fibrosis, and imaging pitfalls and differential diagnosis.
