The Policies for Promoting Agricultural Export in Brazil and the Reference Meaning to China

2009
Brazil is the world's fourth largest exporter of agricultural products, following after the European Union, the United States and Canada, and has the fastest growth rate of agricultural products exporting in the world. The outstanding performance should attribute to a series of agricultural policy reform carried by the Brazil government, especially the reform of agricultural export policies. This paper analyzes these policies, such as setting cooperatives, providing credit support, making use of scale benefit, and so forth. The paper also points out the reference meaning of these policies to China's agricultural export based on the analysis.
