The colored filtering substrate comprises the spacing columns made of the colored transparent photo-electric sensitivity liquid materials so that the colored filtering substrate can be detected online in the manufacturing process, workers can timely adjust and change corresponding process conditions, and high-quality colored filtering substrates are manufactured.
