PROBLEMÁTICAS NO TRABALHO DOCENTE BRASILEIRO: UMA REVISÃO DE LITERATURA NA PERSPECTIVA ERGOLÓGICA

This paper was aimed to identify the major problems experienced in teaching work in recent Brazilian studies from an ergological theoretical-analytical perspective. An integrative literature review was conducted to this end. The theoretical framework used was based on assumptions and concepts from Ergology. The selected articles are indexed in Scielo Brasil, CAPES, BVS Brasil and Revista Ergologia, and they contemplate Brazilian research that was developed over a period of five years – between 2014 and 2019. The results show several problems recently experienced by Brazilian professors. The problems were grouped and analyzed by three distinct themes: 1) Prescriptions of work; 2) Work organization; and, 3) Confrontation between knowledge. The results show that it is necessary to produce knowledge from the management of the activity for the positive transformation of teaching work.
