Secondary segmenting slip casting method for miniature pile

The invention discloses a minisize column secondary grouting method by section. The method includes the following steps: starting drilling after a drill is built on a working platform, the center of an aiguille is lead to face the center of a pile position and the chassis of the drill is maintained to be horizontal; adopting a positive circulation method and using the water as the method to circularly cooling the aiguille and removing slag until drilling to a designed depth; lifting up a drill stem by a crane system after using the drill stem to wash a hole and dismounting each node by sections; inserting the prepared steel reinforcement cage, the primary grouting pipe and the secondary grouting pipe into the hole; filling gravel aggregate to the opening of the hole; using prepared cement slurry to carry out primary grouting from the primary grouting pipe; using prepared cement slurry to carry out secondary grouting from the secondary grouting pipe. The invention adopts methods to control the grouting amount, the grouting pressure and the water-lime ratio of the grouting cement slurry by section to lead the secondary to be uniformly distributed along the body of the pile during the secondary grouting and reach a higher bearing capacity.
