Metal inner surface anticorrosion paint and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to an anticorrosion paint for the inner wall of metal, which is assembled by first component and second component according to the weight by part which is 10:3-4, wherein the first component comprises the following components according to the percentage by parts, epoxide resin 40-50, acrylic resin 2-6, antirust pigment 10-20, titanium dioxide 10-2, blue pigment 0.1-0.5, yellow pigment 1-2 and thinning agent 10-15, and the second component is isocyanate addition product 30-40. The anticorrosion paint has the advantages that the anticorrosion paint for the inner wall of metal adopts the technical route which utilizes isocyanate to cure acroleic acid modification resin, which makes full use of excellent anticorrosion property of isocyanate which cures hydroxy resin paint film, and simultaneously leads in acrylic resin to modify for hard and brittle epoxide resin and achieves excellent resistance and tolerance of hardening paint film, such as microbios resistance co-product, salt water/coal oil resistance, motor lubricating oil resistance, salt fog resistance, fuel oil pollution resistance and the like, and meanwhile, the anticorrosion paint is led to have excellent physical-mechanical properties, such as impact resistance, flexibility and the like.
