Method of cleaning drift tube of evaporative light-scattering detector

The invention discloses a method of cleaning a drift tube of an evaporative light-scattering detector. The method comprises the following steps: descaling the used drift tube of the evaporative light-scattering detector by using a hydrochloric acid solution to remove milk scales on the inner wall of the drift tube so as to obtain the descaled drift tube; cleaning the descaled drift tube by taking acetone, acetonitrile, methanol and water as a mobile phase successively so as to obtain the cleaned drift tube; and roasting the cleaned drift tube so as to obtain the cleaned drift tube of the evaporative light-scattering detector. The method can effectively achieve the purpose of cleaning the used drift tube of the evaporative light-scattering detector, and the obtained cleaned drift tube of the evaporative light-scattering detector for detection can effectively improve the response signal and sensitivity of evaporative light-scattering detection and reduce the noise of evaporative light-scattering detection. When the drift tube is used for a long time, the repeability of a detected sample is good.
