The rotary seal joint comprises a rotating shaft (1), a bearing support (2), bearings (3), a first connecting flange (4), an air-inlet flange (5), a first air-inlet joint (61), a second connecting flange (7), an air-outlet flange (8), a first air-outlet joint (91), three lip-shaped sealing elements (101-103), four O-shaped rings (111-112 and 121-122), a second air-inlet joint (62) and a second air-outlet joint (92). Dynamically rotary seal is realized by the aid of the lip-shaped sealing elements (101-103) between the rotating shaft (1) and the air-inlet flange (5) and between the rotating shaft (1) and the air-outlet flange (8). The first air-inlet joint (61) and the air-inlet flange (5), the second air-inlet joint (62) and the rotating shaft (1), the first air-outlet joint (91) and the air-outlet flange (8), the second air-outlet joint (92) and the rotating shaft (1) are in threaded connection, and the O-shaped rings (111-112 and 121-122) are installed at the tail end of the connection to realize static seal.
