Research on Causes and Countermeasures of Psychological Crisis of College Students

Psychological crisis is a kind of psychological imbalance with crisis events.This paper introduces basic knowledge of psychological crisis and the crisis intervention,analyzes the causes of psychological crisis of college students,and puts forward the corresponding intervention countermeasures.
