Development and Application of the Rural Communities Risk Assessment Model

2021
Based on the risk sources and the characteristics of risks in rural communities, the first-class and second-class indicators of disaster-causing factors, vulnerability of disaster-bearing bodies and the comprehensive resilience of the rural communities were put forward. The index weight coefficient was obtained by sequence analysis method. Finally, the comprehensive risk assessment model of the rural community was established. The risk assessments classification standard was set up. Taking Dongheifa Village, Panggezhuang Town, Daxing District as an example, the comprehensive risk assessment model was applicated on the risk assessment of the village. The results showed the comprehensive risk level was low and the physical vulnerability of the disaster-bearing body was the typical risk point and the safety weakness of Dongheifa Village. The index system combining disaster-causing factors, vulnerability of disaster-bearing bodies and comprehensive resilience is reasonable. The sequence analysis method is feasible to assess the risks of rural communities.
