Network user behavior information processing method and system

The invention discloses a network user behavior information processing method and a network user behavior information processing system. The method comprises the following steps of making statistics to obtain the frequency of user behaviors in each time frame within each time period; mapping the frequency of the user behaviors in each time frame within each time period into a corresponding gray value respectively according to a preset mapping rule; obtaining a gray spectrogram of user behavior distribution within a specified time range based on the gray value corresponding to the frequency of the user behaviors in each time frame within each time period in the specified time range by taking the time periods and the time frames as a two-dimensional coordinate axis, wherein the specified time range comprises at least one time period. According to the method and the system, variation rules of distribution trends of the user behaviors in different time frames can be more intuitively obtained, and better support and bases are provided for the analysis of a network operator over the user behaviors.
