Análisis de los componentes didácticos y de evaluación en oficiales pilotos instructores de vuelo y resultado estudiantil en la Escuela de Aviación del Ejército

The present article pretends to analyze how the fixed-wing flight instructor pilots, integrate the didactic and evaluation components in the exercise of their teaching work, to identify the possible incidence of this practice in the performance of the students of the course of aircraft piloting, within the national army. In order to develop this analysis, we propose a mixed methodology, of an exploratory, transectional type, of a non-experimental nature, developed from the creation of a specific database to select and characterize the population; next step two instruments are applied in order to collect information, a survey that allows to determine categories and analysis variables plus a semi-structured interview, with which qualitative data are obtained that help to classify pre-existing quantitative data and respond to the proposed objectives. At the end of the research it is possible to identify the didactic and evaluation tools with respect to the use or non-use variable expressed in maximum and minimum percentage levels, establishing a relationship between the implementation of didactic components and evaluation by military teachers with the performance of the student in the context of the Aviation of the National Army of Colombia.
