Clinical neurorestorative progress in multiple sclerosis

2015 
With the chronic progress of the disease, the majority of patients with multiple sclerosis will eventually become severely disabled and unable to live independently. Neurorestorative strategies, including cell therapy and neuromodulation, combined with neu- rorehabilitation, have shown encouraging signs that may benefit multiple sclerosis patients. This review indicates current progress in this area.
