A heat management structure and device of an electro-heating component. The device improves heat exchange efficiency between the electro-heating component and a heat exchange medium (such as a cooling medium), thereby achieving an objective of reducing a temperature difference from top to bottom, of a single electro-heating component and reducing a temperature difference between electro-heating components.
