THE SYNTHESIS STUDY OF DERIVEDS FROM P-HYDROX YBENZALDEHYDE GLUCOPYRANOSIDE

Objective:To search for compounds of schiff base which could be used as sedative and anticonvulsant.Methods:Benzaldehyde 4-glucoside was synthesized by condensation of acetobromoglucose with 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde,then the Schiff base was prepared by condensation of compound with amine in acetic acid condition.Results:These compounds was identified by IR、NMR and elementary analysis.Conclusion:Five new compounds were synthesized in this study.
