Research on the Capabilities That Impact the Development of China's Software Outsourcing Enterprises: An Empirical Analysis Based on Survey Data

The capability of software outsourcing business is an important source of competitive advantage. Based on survey data, this article studies on the capabilities that influence the development of China's software outsourcing enterprises. Fur ther discussion is also made to provide decision-making basis for enterprises. This article finds that the capabilities of client relationship management, service delivery, and human resource management have the largest effect on software outsourcing enterprise's development. Therefore, software outsourcing enterprises should especially focus on strengthening capability building in these areas to provide momentum for long-term development.
