Клеточные механизмы адаптации к гипертермии

Experiments were carried out on a neuronal models tissue culture and surviving slices of rat and mouse. The spontaneous impulse activity on neurons (Purkinje cells) was recorded in condition of hyperthermia (34-42 °C). It was shown polyphase of the neuron's reaction to hyperthermia, more expressive in the slices, than in the tissue culture. It was shown ability of nervous cells in the tissue culture to temperature tuning. Cellular mechanisms of pressing adaptation to hyperthermia are considered.
