Секретируемая металлопротеиназа Bacillus intermedius: получение гомогенного препарата фермента и исследование физико-химических свойств

Growth dynamics and proteolytic activity of recombinant stain Bacillus subtilis BG 2036 carrying Bacillus intermedius secreted metalloproteinase gene on the plasmid pCM4 were investigated. The efficient method for homogeneous enzyme isolation from culture broth using hydrophobic sorbents bacitracin-sylochrom and butyl-sepharose was created. Inhibitor analysis, bivalent metal ions influence and some physicochemical properties of metalloproteinase were studied.
