The invention, which relates to the industrial automation time synchronization calibration technology field, discloses a multifunctional electric power system time synchronization calibration instrument. The calibration instrument comprises an ARM module, an FPGA module, a satellite time reception module, a rubidium atomic clock module, a time signal input/output module, an alternating current voltage input/output module, a high-speed A/D module, a communication module, an MMI module, and a power supply module. The satellite time reception module, the rubidium atomic clock module, the time signal input/output module, the alternating current voltage input/output module, and the high-speed A/D module are respectively connected with the FPGA module. The communication module, the MMI module and the power supply module are respectively connected with the ARM module. And the FPGA module is connected with the ARM module by a parallel bus. According to the invention, a problem of accuracy and stability calibration of time signals of various types can be solved, wherein the time signals are provided by electric power system secondary equipment and a synchronized clock apparatus. Besides, the calibration instrument is light and portable and can be suitable for various test calibration environments.
