In the process of brazing aluminum and aluminum alloy workpieces with complex structures, the vacuum brazing device is placed in a vacuum brazing furnace, so that oxide films on the surfaces of the aluminum alloy workpieces can be efficiently removed, therefore the utilization ratio of braze materials is improved, the brazing performance and quality of braze-welded workpieces are largely improved, the brazing yield of the aluminum alloy workpieces with the complex structure is improved, and the purpose of saving resources is achieved.
