Characteristics of two types of MEMs resonator structures in SOI applications

Resonator structures for filter and amplifier applications have been designed. Both structures are based on vertical vibration of the circular film area. Key design objectives have been low operating voltage and easy fabrication with satisfying Q-value. The goal structures have been presented as standard units because many of physical properties are depending on application claims. Typical characteristics have been presented in different SOI dimensions.
