Immersed membrane filter

2011
The utility model relates to an immersed membrane filter which is characterized in that a water inlet chamber is connected with the membrane filter through an inflow overflow weir; the inflow overflow weir is arranged between a water outlet chamber and a main water inlet channel; and the height of the inflow overflow weir is higher than that of an outflow overflow weir. The membrane filter is provided with a liquid level instrument, and a regulation valve controlled by signals of the liquid level instrument is arranged on a water production pipe. The height difference between the inflow overflow weir and the outflow overflow weir is utilized to realize siphon gravity flow, the amount of water in each filter is balanced by the inflow overflow weir, and the liquid level instrument is utilized to control and regulate the opening and closing of the valve to filter constant liquid level with equal filtering velocity. The immersed membrane filter has the advantages that no pumping water pumps are arranged, the waterhead difference of the system can be utilized to realize siphon gravity flow, and the control method is very simple and mature, so that the equipment is greatly simplified, the management is facilitated, and the energy-saving effect is very obvious.
