Научная стажировка в системе научно-методической подготовки и переподготовки кадров высших учебных заведений морского профиля

In the article it is considered the problem of improvement the organization of the raising the level of lectures'' of higher educational establishment skill system. The author pays attention to the scientific study course as to the effective way out from the mentioned problem. Discovering features of scientific study course, the author gives much attention to the importance of the filling its content with innovative technology, up-to-date forms, methods and means.
