the ratio of second-trimester to first-trimester MoM values for ADAM12s could provide better performance than single MoM measurements in either trimester alone. Furthermore, ADAM12s may be useful in combination with other markers in the current integrated biochemical test. Further studies are needed to confirm these first limited results.
