PMA-EMA high-strength cable sealing sheath and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a PMA-EMA high-strength cable sealing sheath and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps that firstly, sodium silicate and a sulfuric acid solution are mixed to form hydrogel; secondly, bentonite is immersed in a hydrochloric acid solution for activating treatment, and then filtration is performed to obtain a filter cake to prepare a modifier; thirdly, PMA (polymethyl acrylate), EMA (ethylene-methyacrylic acid copolymer), a complex shown as the formula (I), silica, trioctyl trimellitate, hydrazine, methyl-alpha-D-glucopyranoside, diborane, 1,3-dithioglycol, triallyl cyanurate, 2-mercaptobenzothiazole, the hydrogel and the modifier are mixed, cooled and formed to prepare the PMA-EMA high-strength cable sealing sheath. The cable sealing sheath prepared through the method has excellent mechanical, corrosion-resistant and pressure-proof properties. (Please see the description for the formula (I)).
