Integrated semi-dry purifying method for sintering flue gas

2014
The invention relates to an integrated semi-dry purifying method for sintering flue gas. The method is adopted to perform high-efficiency desulfuration, denitration, and dioxin and heavy metal removal on sintering flue gas, an oxidizing agent generating and distributing device is connected on a flue gas pipeline in front of an absorption reaction tower of a semi-dry desulfurization system, uniformly-sprayed oxidizing agents and NO in flue gas are fully reacted to oxidize NO in the flue gas into NO2, and then flue gas enters the absorption reaction tower to be reacted with absorbing agents to achieve the purposes of desulfuration, denitration and dioxin and heavy metal removal. Compared with the prior art, the method has the beneficial effects that firstly, the method is suitable for all the semi-dry sintering flue gas purifying systems and can achieve the purposes of desulfuration, denitration and dioxin and heavy metal removal of the sintering flue gas in an integrated manner; secondly, the structure is simple, the occupied area is small and the operation maintenance is convenient; thirdly, the spraying amount of the oxidizing agents, the reaction time and the removal efficiency are easy to control and adjust; fourthly the investment and the operating cost are reduced; fifthly, the method is suitable for new semi-dry desulfurization systems and the transformed systems of the existing desulfurization systems.
