The invention discloses a broadband waveguide magic-T power splitter, and relates to the technical field of microwave communication. The broadband waveguide magic-T power splitter comprises a T-shaped structure, an E-arm waveguide, a matching cylinder and four square connecting flanges, wherein both the upper inner surface and the lower inner surface of an arm H of the T-shaped structure are provided with a stepped structure in which multiple steps transiting from interior to exterior, the T-shaped structure is composed of a T-shaped structure upper block and a T-shaped structure lower block, the T-shaped structure upper block and the T-shaped structure lower block are the same in external contour, edges of the external contours of the T-shaped structure upper block and the T-shaped structure lower block are aligned and connected to form the T-shaped structure; and the lower inner surface, which directly faces to the arm H, of the T-shaped structure is provided with the matching cylinder at a junction of the arm H of the T-shaped structure and two branch waveguides. The broadband waveguide magic-T power splitter is simple in structure, convenient to process and high in reliability, port standing waves are less than 1.15 in the broadband with the relative bandwidth being 30%, the isolation degree is greater than 40dB, and the phase balance and the amplitude balance of a port of the power splitter are very well, thereby being suitable for acting as a power distribution or combination device for a broadband antenna in use.
