Charge transport in films of amorphous arsenic triselenide

Abstract The transient photoconductivity measurements indicate that there is a distribution of arrival times in the charge transport and an apparent electric field dependence of the drift mobility. The steady state dark current data, however, indicates that the microscopic mobility is independent of the electric field. These results are discussed in light of several models.
