Measurement of the Form-Factor Ratios for D{sup +}{r_arrow}{bar K}{sup {asterisk}0}e{sup +}{nu}{sub e}

We present a measurement of the form-factor ratios r{sub V}=V(0)/A{sub 1}(0) and r{sub 2}=A{sub 2}(0)/A{sub 1} (0) for the decay D{sup +}{r_arrow}{bar K}{sup {asterisk}0}e{sup +}{nu}{sub e}. The measurement is based on a signal of approximately 3000 D{sup +}{r_arrow}{bar K}{sup {asterisk}0}e{sup +}{nu}{sub e}, {bar K}{sup {asterisk}0}{r_arrow}K{sup {minus}}{pi}{sup +} decays reconstructed in data from charm hadroproduction experiment E791 at Fermilab. The results are r{sub V}=1.84{plus_minus}0.11{plus_minus}0.08 and r{sub 2}=0.71{plus_minus}0.08{plus_minus}0.09 . {copyright} {ital 1998} {ital The American Physical Society}
