The present invention relates to a compound simultaneously inhibiting a heat shock protein Hsp90 and a Hsp90 homologous protein such as TRAP1 and, more specifically, to: a compound having a structure of the following chemical formula I, and being useful as an inhibitor of Hsp90 and a homologous protein thereof; and an anticancer composition containing the same.
