Fault Analysis of 10kV voltage transformer using the "4PT" method

Electromagnetic voltage transformers are widely used in 35kV and below substations. The safety of the equipment directly affects the stable operation of the system. Based on an example of a 10kV voltage transformer burned out, this paper deeply analyzes the fault causes, and puts forward preventive measures to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the power system and reduce the occurrence of over-voltage accidents.
