Study on the Motivation of Knowledge Workers in China:Status Quo and Prospects

Based on the literatures on the motivation of knowledge workers in China in recent years,the author summarizes the research results of domestic scholars in the demand characteristics,motivational factors,motivating strategies and mechanisms of knowledge workers.Based on this,the author points out the deficiency of present studies,and provides suggestions on how to perfect the studies of the motivation of knowledge workers.
