A radical change in the way of thinking about suicide is suggested. Move from a logic that prioritizes the idea of disease, diagnosis and clinical symptomatology, to an approach that places the person and his circumstance, with his subjectivity, suffering, problems and dramas, at the core of understanding of the suicidal phenomenon.
