Degree of kinetic load measuring apparatus by heart rate

PURPOSE: To provide a degree of kinetic load measuring apparatus which enables the displaying of how intense exercise is carried on as for the maximum heart rate plainly. CONSTITUTION: This apparatus has an input section 6 to input information on a subject such as age and a heart rate detecting means to detect a heart rate of the subject under exercise. A CPU calculates the maximum heart rate of the subject based on the information on the subject from the input section 6 while it determines the decree of a kinetic load applied on the subject under exercise at least from the maximum heart rate and the heart rate from the heart rate detection means and a display section 7 displays the degree of the kinetic load determined with the CPU in a bar graph 12.
