The invention provides a three-single-phase-three-wire-system parallel APF/SVG device which comprises a controller. The controller determines the working state of the device. The controller comprises a main control DSP, an auxiliary DSP, a complex programmable logic device (CPLD), an AD sampling module, an external interface module and a controller power supply module. The main control DSP obtains loading currents detected by a first current sensor through the AD sampling module, harmonic waves are extracted through a trapped wave function, the main control DSP generates a PWM modulation resolution order, the CPLD transmits the PWM modulation resolution to a power module IGBT, the IGBP carries out the PWM modulation order at last, currents which are identical in magnitude of the harmonic waves and opposite in direction of the harmonic waves are output, and accordingly harmonic wave removing is achieved, and meanwhile the main control DSP detects three-phase power grid loading currents, idle currents are extracted in modes such as filtering, and finally the idle currents which are identical in magnitude and opposite in direction are output through a control strategy for compensating reactive power.
